1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GlowBoard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and organisations using the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GlowBoard provides a digital signage management platform that enables businesses to manage and display content on Android TV devices. The Service includes:

• A web dashboard for managing screens, content, and schedules
• An Android TV application for displaying content on paired devices
• An API for programmatic access to platform features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each organisation should maintain one primary account. Additional team members may be invited through the dashboard.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using GlowBoard, you may not:

• Upload or display illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
• Use the Service to display false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Share account credentials with unauthorised individuals or organisations
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service without prior written permission from GlowBoard

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

5. Content Ownership

• Your content

  You retain full ownership of all content you upload to GlowBoard, including videos, images, and other media files.

• Licence to GlowBoard

  By uploading content, you grant GlowBoard a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• Your responsibility

  You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content you upload and display.

6. Service Plans & Payment

• Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not make a binding guarantee of availability.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
• GlowBoard is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, including AWS or Vercel.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GlowBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to GlowBoard in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
